First dish I would make is my Chile Rellenos (Stuffed Poblano Peppers) Due to my carpal tunnel I have not made them in a few years and my Daughter and Hubby are always asking when are you going to make them. Beating those eggs whites to get that beautiful fluffy batter takes a toll on my wrist. Same thing with my cheese cakes and pies I made every holiday for my kids teachers. I love to cook & bake and entertain at my home just to show everyone I learn all of my Mothers recipes. It would be a dream come true to win this Mixer although I must admit my dream come true is a holiday trip to Italia =). It will make my life easier in the Kitchen and give me more opportunities to cook together with my kids. Thank you for the opportunity.

    • I LOVE Chile Rellenos Veronica! I’m sorry that it has become painful for you to beat your egg whites and I can see how this mixer would make things so much easier for you. Best of luck and have a beautiful Christmas season.
