Lavender Blossom Chocolate Bars


When I discovered these scrumptious Lavender Chocolate Bars from my friend Lidija, founder of Tribe for Beauty, I just had to share them with you!  This is a delicious and healthy snack that’s easy to make. The best part… You can indulge without the guilt!  This raw chocolate recipe is loaded with healthy antioxidants!

If you don’t have all the ingredients handy, take the recipe along to your favorite health food store and stock up! You won’t regret it!

Making the chocolates
Place the lavender blossom into the bowl of a hi-speed blender and pulse until they are coarsely crushed.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
Pour into candy molds and freeze until your chocolates are set ( a few minutes)
Remove from molds and place on a beautiful serving dish.

Close your eyes and take a bite! Imagine yourself taking a walk through the spectacular lavender fields of southern France!

* Make sure to use the cleanest and freshest organic lavender blossoms you can to benefit from a full aroma.  If you haven’t already, why not plant some in your garden?  They are wonderful for keeping your house smelling lovely and fresh!

Change it up:

Replace the lavender blossoms with some lemon or orange rind, coarsely chopped, or crystalized ginger for a little spice!
