My little one has been getting creative in the kitchen again. She’s been craving fun treats to enjoy in the sweltering heat and today she was inspired by a handful of gorgeous, plump fresh limes.
“What can I add to this to make a frozen pops, Maman”
I knew just what to add… a little coconut cream and a drizzle of raw honey… Perfection!
Sabrina adjusted the ingredients until she felt everything was just right, placed them in the freezer and patiently waited to savor her new creation!
All you need for these slightly sour oh-so-refreshing pops is fresh squeezed lime juice, coconut cream and raw honey.
Voila!

Oh now that sounds absolutely ah-mazing. I am drooling over here.
It sounds easy to make. I love lime. Coconut, not so much. I’d swap that one out.
If you don’t mind regular cream Lisa, those are delicious with cream instead of coconut cream. You can use half cream, half milk if you prefer a slightly lighter treat 🙂
I will have to make this lime coconut frozen dessert for after work indulging!
These are such a fabulous guilt-free indulgence Ashley! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do 🙂
This looks easy and delicious!
My 8 year old helped me come up with this recipe Rebekah because she was craving something sweet but healthy. 🙂 Enjoy!
MMMM! These sound really yummy(: Perfect for a hot day. I also think you could make adult versions of these(:
Oh an adult version sounds absolutely decadent Alicia. Great idea!
