Oh I bet my daughter would love trying this out. She makes a health smoothie nearly everyday and this could be a good addition.

This is the first time I’ve heard of Appethyl and it sounds like an interesting product! I happen to be looking to lose some weight so I might give this a try! I love how you can just add it to your water.
I think Appethyl can be a huge asset in your weight loss journey Trisha. It’s effective and safe and helps to take that edge of your cravings, and keep you satiated longer so you can focus on other things and not feel stressed about what or how much you eat.
