Are you ready to kick your metabolism into high gear?

Today’s workout is all about power!

It’s only 12 minutes long so you can easily fit it into the busiest of schedule, but don’t be fooled, you’re going to sweat and feel energized all day. Do this first thing in the morning if you can to kick start your metabolism and keep burning fat all day long.

You’ll get your heart rate up and get every muscle group involved.

Make sure to drink plenty of water and follow with a delicious recovery drink.

As always proper form is more important than speed. And if you feel any discomfort in your knees whatsoever, omit the jumps altogether and focus on infusing your moves with as much power as you can.
