Fitness Friday – Best Time Workout

One of the surest ways to stay committed to your workout is to make it fun! And today’s workout is all about fun and tapping into your competitive spirit.

The good thing is that you are only competing against yourself, and honestly that should always be your main goal — to be the best that you can be right here, right now.  Your best today may not be your best overall. We all have good days and not so good days but the most important is that we focus on the moment at hand and do our very best NOW.

This workout was designed by my fabulous sister, certified personal trainer Nathalie King.

Have fun with it and remember to focus on proper form. In other words, though you are trying to be more efficient with each pass and increase your speed, don’t compromise form to get there.

  4. I need to work on making my workouts more fun. I get stuck in the same old same old routine and rut! I really need to step it up and shake it up. I think I am going to print this out and post it on my door. I could do this fairly fast right? Maybe make it a goal I can’t leave my bedroom in the morning until I do all of those!
