Here’s what you’ll need to make these gluten free Golden Milk Overnight Oats:
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (curcumin)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
All of these ingredients have been carefully selected to provide you with a nutritious food that feels like an indulgence 🙂
Golden Milk Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocomut milk full fat is best
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Instructions
- Place oats and chia seeds in a glass jar. Blend coconut milk, raw honey, turmeric, ginger and vanilla. Pour mixture over oats and chia seeds.Refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 2 hours. Serve with unsweetened shredded coconut, fresh turmeric and a dash of cinnamonEnjoy!!
