It’s here!  The #7daystretch #liveinprAna challenge starts TODAY and I could not be more excited!

Are you ready?

As we explored earlier stretching is essential for good health and for preventing injury.

You know how much I love a challenge so I’m super excited to be taking part in this fun and healthy one.

Join me and commit to 7 days of stretching and you might win some awesome prAna gear 🙂  Have you checked out their fall collection yet? So many fabulous pieces to support your active lifestyle with grace and elegance!  I’ve got my eye on a few items and I can’t wait to add them to my wardrobe!

During this challenge we’ll look at stretching our bodies but also our minds and our boundaries, pushing past our comfort zone so that we may grow and keep our bodies, mind and spirit agile and sharp.

We’ll be talking about how we (the community) embrace a prAna lifestyle (#liveinprana) and are challenging ourselves to stretch a little deeper, farther and more mindfully for 7 whole days (the #7daystretch). And we’re not just stretching our bodies so you don’t have to be pretzel to join in, we’re also stretching our minds and souls!

We’re nearing the end of August and even though the summer is coming to an end, I’m super excited about the Fall because Fall is my favorite season of the year!  In fact, my very favorite thing about Fall is the gorgeous and comfy fahion! I can imagine myself wearing the fun and fabulous Cece dress [item from prAna website / include a hyperlink if you can!] while I dance around town [activity/verb] because it’s fun and colorful and oh so comfortable! 

If I had one goal for the Fall, it would be to go to Piloxing 3 times a week because it’s an awesome workout that would challenge me and help with balance and strength. To achieve it, I know I will need a lot of support! And of course I want to look great doing it so have the dreaming top [item from prAna website / include a hyperlink if you can!] on my wish-list…..
