JJ Virgin is truly a Scrumptious Mom!

Today I want to introduce you to a truly spectacular woman JJ Virgin.  I met JJ last May at Brendon Burchard’s Expert Academy.

This 6’2 leggy and gorgeous blonde is hard to miss!  But what is most captivating about JJ is something much more beautiful and profound than her looks.  She EXUDES Health, and LIFE!  She has charisma beyond belief.  She is joyful and playful and you know the minute you meet her that she is someone who deeply cares about people all around her.

JJ has devoted the last 25 years of her life to helping others conquer their weight and health issues and find bliss in their life. She has been recognized as the go-to weight loss expert who can unlock the door to lifelong weight management through her sensible, no-fail approach to nutrition and fitness.

She is internationally recognized as an expert in overcoming weight loss resistance, and responsible for turning the most challenging weight loss resistant cases into stunning successes where clients get lean for life.  A public speaker, author and holistic nutrition and functional medicine expert, JJ is truly an exceptional woman.

JJ is also the single mother of two exceptional young men.

What I share with you next is heartbreaking.

This past September the unfathomable happened.  JJ’s 16 year old son Grant was hit by a car going 40 mph while out for an evening walk. Grant suffered multiple fractures, a major brain injury and a torn aorta.  Typically, 90% of people who suffer this type of injury to the aorta die before they get to the hospital.

This is a mother’s worst nightmare… to see her child’s crumbled body with life ebbing away.  I cannot even begin to imagine all that JJ felt that very moment.

What I do know is that  JJ chose to believe that her son would survive.  She had him airlifted to UCLA even with less than a 1% survival. She trusted it would work. She saved his life and he remains in the UCLA Children’s ICU.

JJ has been at Grant’s  bedside night and day for the past 2 months. She has been relentless in his care and has witnessed one miracle after another.  When I saw this picture of JJ taking Grant for a walk, my heart soared!

But as you can imagine, there have been and continue to be many setbacks as well. Grant and JJ’s journey to a full recovery is far from over.  But I have complete faith that they will succeed.  Grant is her mother’s son after all, and his will to thrive is equal if not stronger than her own.  Grant is a magnificent young man who is defying reality every single day in the most awe inspiring ways.

And JJ never ceases to amaze me either.  In caring for Grant and being available to her younger as well, she is demonstrating an inner strength and faith that is truly limitless.  I believe that one of things that has kept JJ going strong throughout all of this is the fact that she has always made her own health and well being a priority.  Even now, between talking to Grant, managing his medical team,  feeding him kale smoothies,  and bribing him to work his recovery, she takes time to workout daily and has maintained her healthy habits.  This is the key to her stress resilience.

This is what makes JJ a truly Scrumptious Mom!  She knows that you cannot give what you do not have. You can not care for anyone else if you are running on empty yourself.  She is committed to seeing her son run again and living out his life in the most powerful and beautiful way possible and she knows that she will have a much greater impact on his success if she leads by example.

JJ is also the main income earner in the family, and as you can imagine, the bills are adding up fast!  Before Grant’s accident, JJ had started working on her new project with the goal of helping a million people lose weight and keep it off, through her new book

The Virgin Diet: Drop 7 Foods, Lose 7 Pounds, Just 7 Days

And in true JJ fashion, she is committed to seeing this project though, no matter what.

Understanding more than ever the importance of this book, she set up her laptop in the ICU waiting room next to Grant,  and has worked relentlessly to complete it.  She remains as committed to the health of her clients as ever before, and is  determined to complete her book on schedule.

The Virgin Diet is set to be released on November 27th but for a limited time, you can pre-order it now.  When you do JJ has a couple of GIFTS for you to help you get started with her program right away.

I promise you this is not the usual diet and exercise advice you’ve heard a million times.  JJ’s approach to weight loss is based on a completely different paradigm that blows away the old myths about what causes weight gain, fatigue and poor health.  In many ways this book is not so much about weight loss as it is about living the best life ever!

In the book, JJ explains how food intolerance wreaks havoc on our bodies, disrupting critical systems and damaging tissues. This ultimately causes a whole host of nasty symptoms, including stubborn weight gain, exhaustion, skin eruptions, headaches, joint pain and more.

JJ’s ultimate goal is to give us all the keys to a vibrantly healthy and fulfilled life.

If you know me personally or have been following me for a while, you know that I only endorse people or products that I can stand behind 100%.

JJ is the REAL DEAL! She is the first to say that she is able to support herself and her family in this most trying of times because she has always taken her own health seriously.

So here’s my request, ORDER YOUR COPY TODAY then please order a book for your mom, your sister, your dad, aunt, boss, brother in law…  anyone in your circle of friends that will benefit from it.

I can assure you, you will not regret it.

You will be giving yourself a phenomenal gift while helping a mom achieve her dream to bring vibrant heath to all.

Wishing you unsurpassed good health today and always!
