Fabulous Fitness Clothes

Sticking to your fitness goals is so much easier when you’re sporting a fabulous outfit. If you’re planning on working out three to five times a week (yes you should 🙂 ) you’ll need a whole new wardrobe! Woohoo time for a shopping spree!! There are so many wonderful companies that offer comfortable clothes that are so stylish you just want to live in them all day long!

Reebok Perfect Never Gets Better

I am a HUGE fan of Reebok. This company has been around for decades. They are time tested and anything but boring! As an aerialist and personal trainer I need clothes that are as tough as I am while showcasing my feminine, fashionable side as well. Reebok delivers!

Available in stores and at

If you love sporting the latest trend but don’t want to spend a fortune, you’re going to LOVR Fabletics. You get an entire outfit for one low price and there’s such a variety of options you’ll find plenty that are just right for you.  Once you become a member you receive an invitation to shop for the “Outfit of the Month” so you always have fresh new look 🙂

VIP Special – As an Fabletics affiliate I’m happy to extend an unbeatable offer to my readers 🙂

Some of my other favorite brands include Zhoba, Prana, and Satva, a line of 100% organic cotton clothing with a beautiful story 🙂

One-on-One Sessions with a Personal Trainer

If you want to give a truly special gift, this is it!  Your fitness and health goals are uniquely yours and a personal trainer will not only help you get specific about those goals, she will design a custom plan to ensure your success.  She will also make sure you execute all of your exercises with proper form. This is so important not only to avoid injury but also to make sure you get the full benefit of every exercise session.  Most gyms offer packages to make working with a personal trainer affordable, or you can ask friends and family for personal referrals.

Fitness Tracker

Before long your fitness tracker is going to become your best friend.  There are many excellent choices on the market, including the FitBit Alta, one of my favorites! Sleek and slim with a plethora of bands to choose from including metal and leather, this fashionable fitness tracker makes motivation your best accessory.  We moms need all the support we can get to keep us on track with our fitness goals and this little beauty gives you plenty of that. Just imagine how empowered you feel when you realize all the walking you do getting chores, shopping and kid hustling add up to several thousands steps a day!  I love this fitness tracker so much I’ve partner with a handful of bloggers for a FitBit Alta giveaway.  Hop on over to enter here.

Food Processor

Cuisinart food processors

We all know that you can’t exercise away a bad diet and a good food processor makes healthy food prep a breeze. I recommend you invest in a good model that will last you a lifetime if you take good care of it. My first birthday gift from my husband, before we were even engaged, was a Cuisinart Food Processor. It is still working like a charm thirty plus years later and I assure you I use it just about every day. From soups to heathy treats like my pecan pie energy bites I use to make just about everything!

You can read my review of these amazing headphone here.  These headphones are wireless and connect to your device with bluetooth so you can store your phone or iPod safely in your FlipBelt and thoroughly focus on your workout. 🙂

original worm beauty shot

One of the best recovery tools, the Original Worm Massaging Roller provides trigger point release to combat stiffness, pain and stress in muscles and joints.  Unlike traditional foam rollers which are stiff and, in my opinion, painful to use, the worm gets into those tight spot with ease, adapting easily to every body part thanks to it’s unique design.  The worm is not only one of my treasured gym buddy, it’s also a fantastic travel partner 🙂

Adidas give the traditional gym back a fresh look with the Vooray Burner 16″ inch Compact Gym bag. Don’t let the size fool you. It’s plenty big to hold all your necessities and even includes a ventilated side show pocket.

The Under Armour On The Run Tote comes in stunning, vibrant colors and is made using water repelling Storm technology to keep all your gear dry no matter what. It also includes a padded laptop sleeve so you can go from gym to work in style.
