Place the cold quinoa in a large salad bowl.
Core and cube apples.
Peel and cube avocados.
Cut grapes in half.
Add all of the ingredients to quinoa in salad bowl.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds onto salad along with chopped basil leaves.
Drizzle grapefruit basil dressing and toss.
Chill before serving to blend all the flavors.
