Pineapple Spinach Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 to 2 generous handfuls organic baby spinach
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 6 oz coconut milk
  • Ice -- Optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Sit back and enjoy!
