Golden Milk Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup cocomut milk full fat is best
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds


  • Place oats and chia seeds in a glass jar. 
    Blend coconut milk, raw honey, turmeric, ginger and vanilla. Pour mixture over oats and chia seeds.
    Refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 2 hours. 
    Serve with unsweetened shredded coconut, fresh turmeric and a dash of cinnamon
